Physical therapy is a healthcare specialty focused on helping people restore, maintain and improve their physical function, mobility and quality of life. Physical therapists use a combination of movement, exercises and manual therapy to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions (anything involving muscles, bones, joints, tendons, ligaments and related soft tissues). These conditions include neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, low back, SIJ, hip, knee, ankle and foot. General conditions we can treat include: muscle and ligament strains/sprains, overuse injuries, arthritis, post-surgical care and chronic pain.

Becca earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She has an undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. Becca is a native of Colorado and has been practicing as physical therapist in Northern Colorado since 2012.

As a board certified Sports Physical Therapist who has personally navigated the challenges of knee surgery and rehabilitation, Becca brings a unique, empathetic perspective to patient care. After tearing her ACL while playing soccer at CSU, and undergoing multiple surgeries since, she understands firsthand the physical and emotional journey involved in returning to sport after an injury. She has extensive experience treating athletes of all ages and orthopedic conditions, with expertise in ACL recovery and injury prevention. She utilizes various evidenced-based techniques including manual therapy, strength training, functional movement analysis, blood flow restriction training and is certified in Functional Dry Needling II.
